Stormy was the first Maine Coon to join our family. She has a gorgeous Silver coat. (Silver means half the hair shaft is white with the colour on the tips. This is also referred to as smoke but since she's also got tabby markings it's called silver). Her coat is thick and silky, and her tail is super long and full. 

Stormy prefers following her loved ones around the house and settling into a comfy spot beside them. If I'm behind a closed door, she will sit and wait patiently for me to exit and the moment the door opens she will BURST inside and examine the surroundings in a "what have you been doing!" kind of way. 

The moment I step into the kitchen Stormy weaves in and out of my legs turning into the ultimate Sugar Baby. She has a spot on the benchtop that she's claimed, which helps us easily know when she's ready for another meal! She loves watching the younger cats play, she is the ultimate observer. We steal away behind closed doors to play hunting games with her favourite wand toys because the moment the others hear the jingle they all come running and she lets them take over.

Stormy has had one litter so far (with her second now on the way!), "The Weasley Boys" and at their first ANCATS show on 10/05/2025 they won:

Salem was the second addition to our Maine Coon family. She has the poly gene so her front paws are huge, it almost looks like she's wearing monster slippers! She has a great muzzle and Steven Meserve referred to her as "scary looking" which is accurate as she has a very wild look. Her coat is super fluffy and she has excellent ear tufts. 

Salem's energy is very calm; her face never looks surprised, even when you've caught her off guard. She is the definition of chill and sends out positive vibes in waves. I always feel relaxed when she decides to climb up for a cuddle! Salem sometimes reminds me of a proud stallion as she'll trot around with her head held high, her favourite toy in her mouth, her tail proudly mid-air and her huge front paws flicking back with each step. Very demure, very mindful.

Salem enjoys snuggling everyone! She adores belly rubs, she'll happily roll over the moment you pat her in the middle of a snooze. If Stormy's not in the kitchen yet behind me, it's Salem. She immediately sits by the pantry/fridge and patiently waits for food (even if meal time has JUST finished). 

She may have been a flower child in a previous lifetime.

Torrie joined the East Maines family from Kasabrook in New Zealand earlier this year (2025). As an adult cat coming into a new home filled with cats, she adjusted quickly once her quarantine time was over. She's very affectionate, she loves baking biscuits on my chest as intensely as possible, and as often as possible! 

Torrie has a beautiful long mane that exceeds expectations in the winter time, providing a 'snow' like effect throughout our house, how brilliant is that. She has gorgeous features, a really nice muzzle and beautiful colouring. She's holding her ears down in this pic, like most of my cats do once the camera comes out!

Torrie had a recent mating with Wolfie, and we are hoping for a litter late Dec/ early Jan. 

At the moment we have two studs, Ghost and Wolfie. 

Ghost is absolutely stunning, he won Best Entire Kitten at his first ever show!

Wolfie is a gorgeous big boy who belongs to Anjayama Maine Coons, and was initially bred by Truda Straede from Icecoons Maine Coons. He's currently staying with us for the foreseeable future.

If we ever pair up with a stud from a different cattery, their details will be added. You can find which cattery they came from by their Prefix (typically the first word or two of their registered name). For now we are happy with our two boys!

We only pair up with reputable, registered breeders who we know and trust. We have visited their catteries and are happy with their extensive knowledge, DNA testing, blood group, health testing, and care their cats are receiving. All studs have pedigree certificates and meet high breeding standards. 

This is also a must to receive a pedigree certificate for our kittens, so you can ensure that your Maine Coon kitten will be healthy and represent the breed standard beautifully.
